Contrast is a kinder way to describe the shit that happens in life. Choose the word contrast so that you change your perspective and discover that life challenges are a way to grow, strengthen, clarify, and ultimately help us live a better life moving forward.
The scale of the contrast that occurs in life is determined by how fast you respond to the first hint of contrast. Sometimes the contrast but if we ignore the small shifts that we need to make then the contrast will intensify until we finally make the necessary changes.
